James Ainsworth Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 Hi @stuartmclennan It might be worth looking at the Board Manager App. This provides much more flexibility around the information within the cards. More information on Board Manager can be found here. The new boards provides a separate description of the card which can be populated using variables when the cards are added to a board using a BPM workflow. The Board Manager is a separate app from Service Manager. There is no charge for using this app. The benefit with the Board Manager app is that it can also work with other apps and not just Service Manager.
