Lauren Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 Hi Is there a setting that enables any linked customers (via the "Connections" tab) to be emailed when the request is resolved? It would be helpful to have a setting to enable which allows either impacted AND/OR interested customers to be emailed when the request is resolved. There is an existing BPM operation which can be added to your workflows which will send an email to the Customer Connections. An option included on this operation is to select the type of connection that you wish to include. Having this in the BPM give you more options and conditions that you can apply to assure that the email is going out for the right reasons.
