Martyn Houghton Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 Has anyone done a electronic import of open tickets from a Zen Desk instance into Service Manager, as having to look at this ourselves, so thought I check if anyone had been down this route before? Conor Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 Hi @Martyn Houghton We have a script that will facilitate this for you - https://github.com/hornbill/goHornbillRequestImport This will import from a database or ODBC so if Zen Desk is a cloud based system (no direct access to DB) then you will have to export the necessary data into CSV and then import that into your Service Manager instance using the above tool. It looks like you have to have a certain subscription with Zen Desk cloud in order to export via CSV, so now looking at the cost of this.
