Lyonel
Hi, When raising a new project, I have an error at the last stage preventing me from raising it: Any ideas?
Steven Boardman
HI @Lyonel I can replicate what you are seeing we'll take a look and feedback
Steven Boardman
@Lyonel as a workaround whilst we look at this if you go into the default progressive capture form (new project), and remove the status form and then save. This will allow you to raise the project, and then when you open the project go to the project details > edit (pencil icon), and change the status from draft to what you need, including the sub status required Alternatively if you make the Project Status progressive capture form non mandatory and do not provide a status, this will also work as a workaround. Lyonel
@Steven Boardman I have done as per your recommendation but I cant' seem to get the PC to refresh? Any idea?
Steven Boardman
@Lyonel hmmm strange. It looks like it is not picking up your PC and still using the default PC. I'll ask one of the developers to look at this. In the meantime if you edit the default PC new project and remove the status form or make it non mandatory. Then (as in my case of removing the form) it will not show Steve
Lyonel
@Steven Boardman changing the default PC worked indeed, but there is still something strange here... It should pick up my custom PC.
