chriscorcoran Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 Not sure if this is a bug, but it was working before Christmas for me and I recently updated our instance and now I can no longer export the fields in a new view for Within repose time and within resolve time, see below. We raised a support incident with Hornbill and they are aware of a product issues that has been introduced, so hopefully they will update here shortly on the outcome of their investigation and timescale for a fix. Steven Boardman Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 @chriscorcoran yep this is addressed in the current update - to satisfy yourself before letting your team know, check the export options on a default view and then check the export options on a custom view.
