Unable to search for tickets

Morning @Victor 

I write to confirm that user Lucy Kenward attempted to search for SR*13330 today, but received the 'No results found' message.

I have carried out a search for that call and had successful results.  I can confirm that CH*18828 was stuck at the 'Logged' stage, due to a workflow error.  The stage was restarted and the ticket is now searchable.

Do you happen to have an update on this issue?  Another colleague, Peter Manchee is currently unable to find any search results for PM*17057 even though he raised the problem ticket and is a member of the call.

However, when I search for it, I receive the result image.thumb.png.481f42dba62499ff766d0da2b77f9674.png
