Can't add a new contact

I'm trying to add a new contact but I get this error when i try:




I'm pretty sure we don't have any custom buttons on this page, so I'm not sure why this has happened?

I've worked around it be going to the 'organisation' and adding a contact from there, but this error pings up if I try adding it direct to the Contacts page.


Any ideas?

We had the same problem, but we created a custom button for quick access to portal guest accounts (which is going to be extremely helpful for us anyway) and after that no more error messages and everything works fine.

Hi @Paul Alexander,

Sorry to hear that. We've just seen this problem and are working to resolve it.

The contact is created but you get this error when you open the contact details.

For now, as a workaround what you can do is create a custom button (no matter what it has), save it and then open the box again and delete it. That will populate some default data that is not at the moment and will make it work.

I'll update this post when we have the fix for it.
