RobertHall_CBC Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 On our Hornbill platform there is an error when trying to raise a incident - Progressive capture 'CBC Service Process' load error! No capture id found for CBC Service Process So, it would seem to be a configuration issue with our services, but how can we resolve it?
James Ainsworth Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Hi @RobertHall_CBC There are a couple of things that could be looked at. I would start with looking at the list of Progressive Capture workflows and make sure that the CBC Service progressive capture workflow is enabled. This should be displayed on the list of available progressive capture scripts in administration under The list of available progressive capture scripts can be found in Administration under... If the CBC Service is on the list and is in an active status, you would need to look back at the service that is using this progressive capture script. If you are using Request Catalogs, each Request Catalog item may contain the selection for the progressive capture to be used. You will want to make sure that the correct progressive capture is set against each Request Catalog Item. If you are not using Request Catalogs on your services, you may want to look at the default settings in Administration for the progressive capture to run if no other progressive capture has been specified elsewhere. This is a free text box so it is possible that it has been typed in incorrectly or the name of the progressive capture has been changed and this hasn't been updated to reflect the change. Let us know if this helps. Regards, James
