We have started seeing "This website requires you to install the Temasys WebRTC Plugin to work on this browser Install Now/ Cancel" when going onto our Live Hornbill URL.

Is this something we should be installing?

Morning Hornbill

This morning we have been getting reports from staff that Internet Explorer browser is asking for temasys plug-in to be installed to run Hornbill Service and Live (see attached screenshots)

Seems to have coincided with the release of Collaboration 969.  Please advise

I'm getting that too. - I just came on here to seek advice.

It happens on the customer portal and the main application. Fortunately it's currently blocked, so users cannot currently add it, until you confirm.
