grahambird80 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 When trying to drag an email message from Outlook client in to the Service Manager to attache to a ticket this doesn't work if using Chrome browser. However this does work if I am using Edge Browser. Is there a MIME Type setting that needs to be adjusted somewhere on the system?
Guest Paul Alexander Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 +1 for us please.....I've just been asked why it's not possible to drag and drop emails....
James Ainsworth Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 I've just tested this using Chrome and this appears to be working. I'm not sure at what point this was made available or whether it was a Hornbill update or a Chrome update that provided this. Regards, James 1

I'm not aware you could ever attach items to a comment other than screenshots? Mike.

This is why I don't have time off normally, because when I come back I've forgotten EVERYTHING! Thanks @Michael Sharp......that works fine
