I am trying to log a job via the customer portal and I have no idea what our instance is - can someone please kindly confirm so I can report a request?

Hi @shamaila.yousaf,

Your instance name is unique to your Organisation and is used to access all Hornbill offerings. Examples as below:

• https://live.hornbill.com/[INSTANCE-NAME]/
• https://admin.hornbill.com/[INSTANCE-NAME]/
• https://customer.hornbill.com/[INSTANCE-NAME]/
• https://service.hornbill.com/[INSTANCE-NAME]/

You should be able to find your Instance name in the URL that you use to access Hornbill.
