Ria Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 Hi I'd like to see an enhancement to the business process to enable the feedback status to be available on the request details node It would be helpful to allow us to see where feedback has been received and amend the status accordingly 1

Martyn Houghton Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 +1 for us, but I presume we would also need a Suspect Node - Wait for Feedback with the expiry facility as well, as feedback happens after the requests has been resolved/closed. Cheers Martyn
