Hi

I'd like to see an enhancement to the business process to enable the feedback status to be available on the request details node

It would be helpful to allow us to see where feedback has been received and amend the status accordingly

+1 for this please.

We'd like to be able to automatically email the support desk manager if negative feedback has been left. Is this possible please?
