@RyanMesser there was an issue with the indexing service in your instance which has been automatically corrected by our internal systems. I trust the issue is no longer occurring and you did not experience it for more than a few minutes?

@Victor it has been down in periods all day and our internal users had reported slowness all day also, the error above was there for around 10 mins or so. 

It seems to be fine now.

@RyanMesser - it looks like some reports in your instance are causing a heavy load on the data service which renders it almost inoperable impacting any API calls from and to the database. Happened a few times now... The effect of this is the issue you experienced. Perhaps we need to discuss this separately.
