Victor Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 @RyanMesser there was an issue with the indexing service in your instance which has been automatically corrected by our internal systems. RyanMesser Posted November 5, 2018 Author Share Posted November 5, 2018 @Victor it has been down in periods all day and our internal users had reported slowness all day also, the error above was there for around 10 mins or so. Victor Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 @RyanMesser - it looks like some reports in your instance are causing a heavy load on the data service which renders it almost inoperable impacting any API calls from and to the database.
