LawesD
Hi all, I am unable to select a service when using an integration call to subscribe a user to a service in a BPM. I cannot type or select anything from the Request Credentials field as it does not allow text entry. Typing anything into the service field under Request Parameters generates the error at the bottom. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Steven Boardman
@LawesD it looks like you have not added a Hornbill Keysafe to the request credential field - therefore it can't perform the data look up for the services, as it does not know which instance to look at. To set up your Hornbill Keysafe: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_Integration_Bridge What is Keysafe: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_KeySafe Basically create a keysafe with a users API Key, and your instance URL (in the format of the examples given in the Hornbill link above) Once you have a Keysafe set up for Hornbill, you will see it in a drop down option in the Request Credential field, and then when you look to populate the service field you should not see this error.
