James Ainsworth Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 Hi @Jeremy We do have a change in our backlog for when you are manually updating a request from an email. For example, an email comes in and you use the ''Apply to Request'' option. You enter the request ID and it brings up a closed request. At this point an option will be provide to re-open the request and/or contact the owner of the request to let them know an update has been applied. Is this what you are looking for?
