Archiving emails in Hornbill

Is it possible to setup a email archiving process in Service manager to clear down our mailboxes? Thanks

Thanks for your post.

We don't currently have any operations within the BPM to archive emails.  Any chance you could provide a use case around the scenario that you are trying to achieve.  This would help us investigate if this is something that we can do or not.

We use a workaround and create an InboxArchive folder for each month and change the setting in the application which specifies the destination folder when a email is processed. We can then use the delete folder option to remove a historic folder in future. 

Note when you remove the email item from the mailbox which has been applied to the request, a copy of the email is not held in the request itself, but only a link back to it in the mailbox and the textual extract inserted into the timeline post.
