Any chance you could provide a use case around the scenario that you are trying to achieve. This would help us investigate if this is something that we can do or not. Martyn Houghton Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 @AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT We use a workaround and create an InboxArchive folder for each month and change the setting in the application which specifies the destination folder when a email is processed. We can then use the delete folder option to remove a historic folder in future. Note when you remove the email item from the mailbox which has been applied to the request, a copy of the email is not held in the request itself, but only a link back to it in the mailbox and the textual extract inserted into the timeline post.
