Hello,

The text on our bulletins display differently depending on where we are on the Service instance.

On the main page where it shows all the services, the link text is white. However, when we click into a specific service, the link text is blue. We would like to keep it consistent and have it white.

We have tried wiki markup to change the appearance of the text, but that has not worked because we also need to underline the hyperlink text and make it bold.

For example,

<ins>'''Hyperlink text'''</ins>

Is there a way we can use <span style> to make it white as well please?

Would it be possible for someone to have a look at this please?

I have attached a screenshot of what the banner looks like in two different places - on the main page that displays all services, and then when you click into a service.

Hi @Ehsan,

Thanks for your advice. I have used Wiki markup to amend one of the links in our Bulletin. However, as there is a character limit for the Description, I'm not able to update the other link that we have.

Would it be possible to increase the character limit of the Description field in Bulletins please?

I have applied the Wiki markup, but as the links and markup text are quite long we have run out of space and are unable to change the text formatting of one of the links.

Hi @Alisha the current limit is 400 characters, and we have to be a little careful with increasing this to much given where it will be displayed - used, especially with the new Employee Mobile app not to far away.   That said we will increase the limit to 500, this will be in an Service Manager update in the coming weeks, please keep an eye out for the release notes on the updates.
