Routing Rules - Attachments

Hi Guys,

Hoping you can advise, I have created a rule where an external company will email in with a report attached and this auto creates a job. This works and the job is created however, the attachment which in this case is a excel file does not seem to pull through. I tested with a test auto to my team and this also did not pull through the test txt attachment that I made but did create the job, I have also manually created a job with an attachment using the same process and this pulls through everything.

I am wanting to know is there something I need to enable to make this work? or is this not a feature?
