Guest Paul Alexander Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Hello Quick question......do the lifespan settings for Human Tasks follow the Working time Calendar, or are they 'realtime' settings? So, if I set the expiry time to 24 hours, will that actually expire after 24 actual hours, or 24 of our 'worktime' hours (10 hours a day, 5 days a week)? thanks Paul

Martyn Houghton Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 @Paul Alexander I believe they are actual real-time settings. We insert the response or resolution time from our incidents when creating them in the BPM to take account of working time. Cheers Martyn
