Martyn Houghton Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Can I raise a enhancement request to have the option when inserting attachments already on the request into the Service Manager Email action, you can get it to insert a direct link to the attachment on the Service/Customer Portal, rather than attaching the file itself.
