How many subscriptions do we have spare?

Hello

If I look to see how many Service Manager licenses I have 'spare' there are a couple of places to look, but they both show different results:

 

 

 

As you can see - these both show different numbers. Which one lets me know how many subscriptions I have, and how many are 'free' please?

The first count is 'Core' users you have 88 or 93 licenced core users. The second count is for Service Manager subscriptions and this shows out of the 88 licenced core users only 86 have been assigned a service manager licence.

A 'Core' user is someone with just access to collaboration and login to live.hornbill.com/INSTANCE/ they may also have access to other applications but in this case not Service Manager.
