Request Details (inc. Custom fields) visible in Service Portal

I do not believe this is currently configurable for either the Service or Customer Portal, as we have asked about the ability to add/control the fields included on the portal request list below. I beleive there may be a backlog item to allow the fields included to be configurable, but I do not believe this has been scheduled yet. @James Ainsworth would you be able to advise on the latter?
