Email template fields

Hello,

Is there a way for us to use our field names from our captures in email templates or can we only use fields that are in the Variable list?

Hi @Alisha

The fields names in the progressive captures are not available in the email templates. 

What you can do is map / update custom fields on a request with the answers from your progressive capture questions and then you can include the custom fields as variables in your email templates.

When it comes to progressive capture labels in email templates, again these are not brought across, but you can manually add label text to an email template:
