As part of our Major Incident process we want to create an activity to remind the assigned team's Manager to investigate and report on an RCA if required. We don't have 'manager' information in our AD so getting this info from the user record is not an option at the moment. I was hoping that there was a way of getting the team info and selecting the Team Manager from that info..... Is that possible? thanks
