dwalby Posted October 12, 2018 Share Posted October 12, 2018 Hi all, I have 3 Workspaces; Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management. Currently I only seem to receive notification of updates within the Change Management Workspace, despite Notifications being enabled in the Incident Management and Problem Management Workspaces. Daniel Dekel Posted October 12, 2018 Share Posted October 12, 2018 Hi @dwalby, A few things you need to check: Make sure you are actually a member of these workspace. It could be public and you will still see these, but it won't appear in your newsfeed and you won't get notifications. Check your profile settings.
