Is there a way to mark emails a 'read' as part of email routing rules? This would be super useful for us so that we know when they are dealt with.

@Jeremy thanks for the question.  with the routing rules could you not move the email to another folder on successful completion of the routing rule? using the target folder success option?

or is there a reason for needing to leave the email in the inbox?
