Steven Boardman Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 @Jeremy thanks for the question. with the routing rules could you not move the email to another folder on successful completion of the routing rule? using the target folder success option? or is there a reason for needing to leave the email in the inbox? Jeremy Posted October 9, 2018 Author Share Posted October 9, 2018 @Steven Boardman is only a cosmetic thing, but with our mailbox (shown below) we have a lot of 'unread' emails and ideally apart from the inbox we want to mark these as dealt with...
