Steven Boardman Posted October 1, 2018 Share Posted October 1, 2018 Hi @ann-marie.jones@ipo.gov.uk you can use the feedback data to create reports and dashboards which you can then share with management. In the sandbox instance - admin.hornbill.com/demo you can login and take a look at some example widgets which are wrapped up into a dashboard (As shown below). This will perhaps give you a starting point and show you some of the underlying tables you will need to use.
