Dashboard not opening for one of our operatives

Hi

One of our operatives, Gavin Barclay, can no longer open his Dashboard view. is it possible to look into this please? I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and was able to get in by rebuilding some of my Views but this hasn't worked for Gavin.

@Dave Stewart is it possible to get a screen shot of the issue?

Assuming you are referring to the personal dashboard view on the request list

* what happens when they click on the Switch to Dashboard button?

* What Browser are they using?

* In the browser under tools > developer tools > Console is there any errors shown when they try to open their dashboard

Hi Steven

It happens when clicking the "Switch to Dashboard" button. Get the Hornbill whirly icon perpetually, in Chrome and IE. Only affecting one of our ops.

Hi @Dave Stewart when the user is in chrome could they / you do the following:

When looking at the request list view, 

* Select the three dots icon in the browser toolbar to open the chrome menu

* Under More Tools >  open developer tools 

* At the top of the developer tools righthandside slide out, there are two arrows pointing right - can you click on this and choose Console

* There will be a no entry looking sign, can you click this and it will clear the content below.

 

* Now can you try and open the personal dashboard using ''''Switch to Dashboard'''' button 

* Can you see any red errors in the Console window to the right? if so could you take a screen shot and share this?
