Hi @Darren Rose

Wouldn't some of the best knowledge be in requests that have been resolved and closed?  If it is just dealing with active requests it is acting more like a way to link related current issues and not finding you solutions to an issue.  I would think that an active request wouldn't have a solution as it is still being investigated.
