Service Subscriber List not paginating and errors when using controls

The Service Subscriber list dialog when you click on the 'Show All' option displays all the subscribed users, show an un-paginated list, but with the page options at the bottom. Clicking on the page controls produces an error.

Thanks for the report.  I have replicated locally and will get a problem raised to deal with it.
