Conditional fields

Hi

I've just started looking at the conditional fields functionality. I can get the fields to be hidden in the PCF as required but those hidden fields still appear in the Request View Questions as 'Not Answered'.

Is it not possible to exclude the questions that weren't presented to the user from the Request View, or have I missed an option?

You haven't missed anything. If I'm not mistaken this (exclude the questions that weren't presented to the user from the Request View) will be available in the next SM update.

@carlt @Victor erm.......... app.request.questions.hideUnansweredQuestions under Service Manager settings will do this now. No need to wait

@Dan Munns - hide unanswered questions does not work with questions/answer using conditional fields... there will be an app setting for this in the next SM build: app.request.questions.excludeConditionalQuestions

So, I'm afraid we need to wait

I assumed this was from the PCF rather than the tasks.

Also the screen shot is from the user point of view on the portal after logging a request. 

Apologies if this is not the case.

The new setting app.request.questions.excludeConditionalQuestions is now available in the the live environment.  This can be set in Administration under Hornbill Service Manager->Settings
