David Wilson
I'm trying to populate an email with responses captured during a progressive capture. I've mapped the responses to custom fields but the don't carry through into the sent email. Anyone got this working? Victor
@David Wilson - unless I am missing something, the template and the email don't quite match ?! I mean completely different formats...

Victor
@David Wilson - ok, I understand... however, the first screenshot depicts the PCF configuration and the second the template configuration... still don't know how the email looks like ... (I do apologise if I missed something obvious here)

Victor
@David Wilson - hmm... something still doesn't seem to be right... I understand the "priority name" but I have expected the train, carriage, seat lines to be in the email... Is IN*24025 a good example that I can look at? David Wilson
Use - IN00024037
Victor
@David Wilson - ok, so, the process you have there... is still using the "vix" template... It looks like you did change this, to use the "sensa" template but the process version was never published, hence never used...
