Request Print - Does not include Priority/SLA Details

When printing the details of a request using the print icon, you get the options for content and timeline entries, but there is no mention of Priority/SLA.

Priority, Service Level, Response/Resolution Targets and Values are not included at all. Can a new option be added to allow the inclusion of this crucial missing information.

Hi Martyn,

I just wanted to let you know that the work on this has been completed and it should be available in an upcoming update of Service Manager over the next few weeks.

Hi Martyn,

That's correct.  There will be an Information check box which when selected provides these options...
