Giuseppe Iannacone Posted September 5, 2018 Share Posted September 5, 2018 when raising a ticket from an email that has got a long history the "next botton" is found at the end of the history, so you have to scroll all the window down to the end. i believe it might be better to have a predifined box with a standard size with a scroll bar in the box as it was before; here is the current visualization: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
