strose Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 I was wondering if anyone can assist, we are trying to create a report that will show all incidents closed the previous day with either no asset number or the asset number 0000 attached. Victor Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 @strose - apologies for the long time to reply... just to confirm, you are looking to report on all incident request types with a closed date of previous day (yesterday) and which do not have a linked asset or the linked asset has the number 0000, right?
