However, they are not presented in a code format, that can be typed in, but rather picked up from drop down boxes... are you sure you mean the progressive capture flow? I was wondering if there are any other variables that can be used, such as the customer name, so that it's visible on the live instance to any analysts logging the request. If the request is logged via live, by an analyst, then "Hi <customer name>" does not make much sense (imo). Do you have another scenario where you need to use this?
