The release of Service Manager build 1819 includes the changes to add attachments when creating a new request in Service Manager by enabling the 'Add Attachments' option in the 'Routing Rule Template ' option within the app.

This is great news for when new requests are logged, but can you confirm whether the other side of CH00140962 to add attachments via the Update Request method, that do not use the Service Manager Routing Rule Templates has also been implemented?
