Good Morning,

I've been unable to find an answer to my query, so would anyone be able to advise if it is possible to group FAQ items within a Service Portfolio?

We have setup a portfolio for Information and Advice in Service Manager and rather than having a long list of self help articles, I'd like to group like items together.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

+1 on this also, when it gets to a point where you have multiple FAQs against a service it can be a little overwhelming when viewing the FAQs within a request
