Ann-MarieHolloway Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Good Morning, I've been unable to find an answer to my query, so would anyone be able to advise if it is possible to group FAQ items within a Service Portfolio? We have setup a portfolio for Information and Advice in Service Manager and rather than having a long list of self help articles, I'd like to group like items together. Does anyone know if this is possible? 1

dwalby Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 +1 on this also, when it gets to a point where you have multiple FAQs against a service it can be a little overwhelming when viewing the FAQs within a request
