Red exclamation mark next to 'Sent Items'

Hi all,

Recently a red exclamation mark has appeared next to the 'Sent Items' folder when viewing the mailbox within Hornbill, see below. The delivery status on each e-mail appears to indicate (in green) that the e-mail has been delviered successfully, so I'm not sure what this warning is for?
