Lyonel Posted August 8, 2018 Posted August 8, 2018 Hi, It looks like I missed a major update OR our instance is not working properly... We no longer have the "tracking" screen? (see from app store) This was a great feature, especially when available directly from a request... Current screen available:
Guest Chaz Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 @Lyonel as long as the user has rights to the Configuration Manager app then you should see an icon like the one in the screenshot below that launches the explorer. The roles required all begin with 'Configuration Manager'. If this is affecting you specifically this could be attributed to the change in how application rights are handled for anyone that is admin.
