We have set up some emails to automatically send as part of a BPM using the External Address but the emails not being sent. Victor Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 @Jeremy if you have multiple addresses in that field they need to be separated by comma. Victor Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 @Jeremy - apologies, I rushed in my comment... there is another issue, the error says about something wrong before the template (which I read as being the template, doh!) ... can you post a screenshot with teh whole node configuration (remove/blur/hide the value for the email address of course)...
