Awaiting Customer Feedback

I have two questions:

  1. How do you get a request to be moved from the My Requests to the Requests Awaiting feedback in the Customer Portal?
  2. When a customer updates a job in the portal is there a way to take the request off hold?

Only closed requests will be available for feedback.
