I have two questions:

1. How do you get a request to be moved from the My Requests to the Requests Awaiting feedback in the Customer Portal?
2. When a customer updates a job in the portal is there a way to take the request off hold?

Only closed requests will be available for feedback.

@Jeremy just to add to Victors comments, on the feedback issue you also need to ensure you have enabled feedback on the services the requests are logged against.

This can be done per service and per request type
