AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT
Can we add additional functionality to the email feature like the ability to order emails by subject or name? Can we also add the ability to select multiple emails at once in a simpler and more efficient way, other than manually ticking each email? i.e. hold shift and block highlight. Thanks Andy
Steven Boardman
@AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT Thanks for the post I'll ask about additional order options, but the ability to multi-select should already be there. On my Mac, i select the first email, and then hold CMD + Shift and select the bottom email and it selects all emails in between I'll ask one of the team to comment on the order options Steve
AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT
hi @Steven Boardman, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately on Windows 7 holding shift + block selecting (or ctrl+individually selecting) doesn't work. If someone can advise it would be appreciated as it is slowing our service desk down when managing the emails. Thanks
Dan Munns
@AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT this functionality does work in Windows 7 (and Windows 10). What browser are you using?

What browser are you using? Hi @Dan Munns I have tried this in IE11 and Chrome v68, neither of them allow me to shift+block hight or ctrl+select emails. I can tick the emails individually (screen shot) but this is very time consuming when there are hundreds of emails to delete. Thanks
Steven Boardman
@AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT I have asked one of the team to try and replicate your issue on windows 7 and to feedback
Daniel Dekel
@AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT We've tested on IE11 / Win7 and it works properly. Can you please confirm that you are first clicking on the first checkbox, then pressing Shift you check several messages down on the checkbox? It should check all messages in between. We are going to release soon a new build that has enhancements to this where you can select all the visible messages in one click. Thanks, Daniel. Hi @Daniel Dekel, ok I've now tried this and it works, thanks. More functionality for sorting by subject etc. would be greatly appreciated though. Daniel Dekel
Hi @AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT, I'm glad is working. We did not add the subject because there will be a performance impact. But we can look at this again and see if something can be done. Daniel.
AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT
@Steven Boardman @Daniel Dekel is there any update on the ability to filter emails by subject or name? Thanks
Daniel Dekel
Hi @AndyHodkinsonPrincesIT, We spoke about sorting, not filtering. But there are no news regarding sorting. We are busy with other things at the moment so this will take some time to be added if is possible. I will update this post once we have some news. Thanks, Daniel.
