Dan Munns Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 Is there a way to apply routing rules to all mailboxes? If not (as I don't think there is) can we have the option please? Generic rules such as auto reply rules have to have a rule set up for each mailbox (from what I can see) and as we add more mailboxes which require the same rules this just becomes tedious. The team responsible have raised several technical challenges with applying routing rules across multiple mailboxes i am afraid.
