The solution you given to me did not work because I tried login in as Admin on our admin.hornbill.com portal and came up with unexpected error. I do apologise that you think I was rude but you see, now I have 4 different threads about the exact same issue which needs to be managed under one post. I have locked down all of them and in each of them I have posted a link to the new, unified thread I created where everyone can discuss this issue.
