FAQs - Collapsible Tables?

Is it possible to use collapsible tables in FAQs?

Thanks for your post.  Is it possible to provide a little more information about your query?  FAQ's are displayed in a few different places and I wasn't sure if there was a particular place you were referring to and not sure exactly where you mean by collapsible tables.

Hi James,

Sorry I wasn't clear. The location of the FAQs that I was referring to is on the customer service portal.

To avoid having lengthy FAQs, I was hoping to be able to have a link that customers can click on to expand/collapse information. I wasn't sure if the wiki markup for collapsing was currently supported as I couldn't find a way to make it work.

Hello, was curious if there was any update on this.  Having the collapsible FAQs would really work as I have found customers tend to shy away from documents that are too large.

There is no planned change for this as of yet.  We don't support wiki tables under which the link in @Alisha's post links to.  The FAQs were originally designed for short frequently ask questions to be provide along side an answer.  For anything larger, a document stored in Document Manager and published to the portal might be an option.

Regarding documents, we do have a planned feature to provide links between a Service and documents in Document Manager which might also fit your needs.  While this is planned, we don't have a time frame yet.
