Martyn Houghton Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 We are trying to reduce the volume of attachments we send via email and encourage customers to log in to the portal to access attachments. Therefore it would be useful to have the ability to insert hyperlinks from a drop down similar to (or integrated into) the Snippets, which would insert URL to take the customer straight to the attachment in the portal (if they are already authenticated and after authentication if not).
