When creating a new Asset the Select site field under Physical Location Information is visible but none of my sites are shown.

All other fields can be populated including user and company etc, site selection no.

Is there a prerequisite for making them available.?

Hi @Paul Morrow

there should be a connection between the properties Company and Site

Probably the company you selected has no site.  Can you try changing the company and see if you can select the related site?

Hi Armando

I have the site associated with the company. There are no options to associate a company (the Parent) with a site.

The company field in the new asset populates with the parent company without any issue.

Hi @Paul Morrow

you should be able to see the Site.
I just checked and its working for me.

In your form, can you please try deleting the company and the site (if there is a site already pre-populated), and add the company again, please?

Can you see any errors in the console or the log ?

Cheers

Hi Armando

Log shows errors for EspServer Service..beyond that I'm in the dark.

Tried removing company to add again and discovered I can't delete it. It clears from the filed but when I re-save the asset it populated again.

Cheers

Hi @Paul Morrow

I can replicate the last issue you mentioned, about removing the company and re-save.  I will report this issue and we will fix it asap.

For now, if you could just try this:

1. remove the company (NO re-save)
2. add a different company
3. delete the company in step 2 (NO re-save)

4. add back the company in point 1.
5. select the site (let's see if it works this time)
6. save

Cheers
