Jeremy
Is there an easier way to accept jobs, currently it seems that you have to 'assign' it to yourself. We were hoping for a quick action like in Supportworks where you can just accept the job by clicking on a button, is there some setting that we have missed or is this the way it is..... Victor
@Jeremy there is no concept of "accepting" a request in Service Manager.
James Ainsworth
Hi @Jeremy Thanks for your post. We do have a change in our backlog where we are looking to reduce the clicks needed to assign a request to yourself. I will make sure your interested is added to the change. It is not currently scheduled, however I will update this post once some progress has been made. Regards, James
