Guest Ehsan Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Hi @gwynne, You can use the Variable Picker option to update details of a Request from the outcome of a task. Take a look at the example below where I've used Requests > Update Request > Details Automated Task to append to the summary of a Request. The Variable Picker is a button that can be found on the right of a field. I can also update Custom Fields in a Request using Requests > Update Request > Custom Fields Automated Task.
